Adult-managed accounts. No student account required.

The planned service keeps purchases and bookings with an adult while allowing students to use free learning materials without an account or email signup.

Launch policy draft

The preview site does not accept payments or bookings. Vendors, contact details, retention periods, and legally required state notices will be confirmed before those features open.

Draft date: October 13, 2026

1. Scope and account design

This policy will apply to the MoloWorks US website, adult customer accounts, hardware orders, support requests, marketing signup, and online lesson scheduling. The account holder and purchaser must be an adult. Free downloads are planned to remain available without an account or email address.

2. Information MoloWorks may collect

  • Account and contact data: adult name, email, sign-in identifier, and account settings.
  • Order and delivery data: items, amount, shipping address, billing contact, order status, carrier, and tracking information.
  • Payment records: payment status, provider reference, and limited card details such as brand and last four digits. Stripe is planned to process full card information.
  • Booking and support data: availability, lesson selection, technical questions, messages, project files, and troubleshooting photos or video that a customer chooses to provide.
  • Device and site data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, and essential cookie data when needed to operate and protect the site.
  • Preferences: separate consent to receive product or learning emails and the record of an unsubscribe request.

MoloWorks does not need a student's school, exact date of birth, or government identifier to sell a kit or provide free lessons. Customers should not send those details.

3. How information may be used

Information may be used to create and secure an adult account; accept and fulfill an order; send confirmations, tracking, and service messages; schedule instruction; provide support and warranty service; prevent fraud; maintain records; meet legal obligations; and improve site reliability. Marketing email will require a separate choice and will include an unsubscribe link.

4. Service providers and disclosures

MoloWorks plans to use service providers only for defined business functions. The launch stack may include Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and order records, Acuity for scheduling, an email delivery provider for transactional messages, and shipping carriers for delivery and tracking. Final vendor names and links to their privacy terms will be verified before each integration is enabled.

Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its task. MoloWorks does not plan to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.

5. Children and student privacy

Hardware and learning materials are designed for families, including learners under 18, but accounts, purchases, and bookings are adult-managed. MoloWorks does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted or parental consent will be obtained as required.

A parent or guardian may ask what child-related information was provided through support or a lesson, request deletion, or stop further collection through the contact method that will be published before live services open. Lesson recordings are off by default and require advance agreement by the adult purchaser and instructor.

6. Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies may be used for sign-in, checkout state, preferences, and security. Any optional analytics or marketing technology will be identified and, where required, controlled by a consent choice before it is enabled. The current preview does not collect payment details.

7. Retention and security

Personal information will be kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, including order, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention, and legal record requirements. Final retention periods will be documented against the chosen vendors and obligations before launch.

MoloWorks plans to use access controls, encrypted connections, limited staff access, and established payment providers. No online service can promise absolute security; a material incident will be investigated and affected people notified when required.

8. Choices and privacy rights

An adult customer may update account information, unsubscribe from marketing, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Additional rights may apply based on the customer's state. MoloWorks will verify a request and explain any information that must be retained for an order, warranty, security, or legal obligation.

9. Changes and contact

The final policy will state an effective date and provide the verified legal seller name, mailing address, privacy contact, and any state-specific notices before accounts, checkout, or booking open. Material changes will be posted clearly. Until then, launch questions should use the channel added to the Support page.
